Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account & access

WalJuAI has no sign-up, no username, and no password. Access is unlocked either through an auto-renewable subscription purchased via the App Store, or a private access code. We never see your name, email, or payment details — Apple handles all of that.

Your messages

Text, photos, and voice audio you send to WalJuAI are transmitted, over an encrypted connection, to our server and then to the AI provider (OpenAI or Google) powering your selected conversation. That's the entire path — we don't keep a copy of your conversations on our servers once a response has been returned to your device.

Location (optional)

If you grant location access, WalJuAI uses your approximate location — city and region, not precise coordinates — to answer location-relevant questions, like local weather or nearby places. It's included in your message context only when relevant, never logged, and never used for advertising or tracking. You can decline or revoke this at any time in iOS Settings.

Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We receive only a confirmation that your subscription is active — never your card number, billing address, or any other payment detail.

How information is used

Everything we handle exists to make the app work: generating a reply to what you send, confirming you have active access, and — only if you've allowed it — factoring in your general location. We don't build advertising profiles, sell data, or share anything with data brokers.

Third-party services

WalJuAI relies on the following providers to generate responses. Each processes your request under its own privacy policy:

• OpenAI — text and voice responses (GPT-6 and GPT-Live models). openai.com/privacy

• Apple — subscription purchases and receipt validation via the App Store. apple.com/legal/privacy

Data retention

We don't maintain a database of your conversations. Your device locally stores a small access token that remembers your subscription or code status — it contains no personal information and is removed automatically if you delete the app.

Children's privacy

WalJuAI is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

• Turn location access on or off anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
• Cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Delete the app to remove the locally stored access token from your device.

Security

All traffic between your device, our server, and the AI providers above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No plaintext transmission is used anywhere in the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of WalJuAI after a change means you accept the update.
